Welcome to Levels Group Coaching, where small business owners and CEOs come together to elevate their businesses. In the Levels Mastermind Groups, you’ll be matched with 6 to 10 like-minded leaders who are in similar industries and life cycle stages.

Our experienced Levels-appointed group coach will guide you through the process, facilitating learning and development while challenging ideas and providing valuable feedback.

Each month, your group gathers for a structured confidential session that lasts 3 hours. During this time, you’ll focus on solving key problems. It’s an interactive session where a different business leader, known as the focus person, presents their business to the group and shares one key problem or opportunity they’d like to address.

Drawing from their diverse experiences and knowledge, the group members engage in a structured and facilitated discussion to offer their own solutions to the presented problem. The best answers are whiteboarded, and recommendations are made to the focus person for their consideration.

In the second half of the session, known as the group focus, the same process is applied to solve a problem that’s common to two or more participants in the group. This ensures that at least one-third of the group’s members have their most pressing problems addressed during the session.

While there’s no selling during the mastermind meetings, members often meet outside of the sessions to network and collaborate with other like-minded individuals within the group. Additionally, the wider Levels Community holds regular live and online free workshops, where members can network, share ideas, and learn from industry leaders.

As a member of the Levels community, you’ll enjoy 24/7 access to a dedicated Slack channel for your specific group and another with the broader Levels community. This allows you to ask for recommendations, seek answers to your questions, and connect with fellow entrepreneurs. Furthermore, our expert business coaches regularly review these groups, providing valuable feedback and ideas.
