How to fill the knowledge gap in your business

If you’re a small business owner looking to take the next step in your growth, feel stuck in your current situation, or even if things are going well but you know you could be doing better – it’s time to consider a coach.

I was in that situation 8 years ago and a business coach helped me focus my business, restructure and take it to the next level, culminating in a successful exit with a sale to an ASX-listed company.

Founders and small business owners are some of the smartest people I know, but you can’t be an expert at everything. Linking with the right coach can help you fill those gaps in knowledge and experience and increase accountability – just like it did for me.

It’s not about specific industry experience either. You should already have that. What we specialise in is understanding your business, what can be done more efficiently and then helping you execute for growth.

But this is not your ordinary coaching relationship.

Levels offer an immersive program tailored to the needs of each business. Starting with your specific goals, assisting with budgets, defining key metrics, and then working with you methodically to reach them.

There are two levels of support for businesses at different stages and with varied budgets. This is in addition to our highest level of support, the Outsourced Chief Revenue Officer package.

There are limited spots available on each of the packages; if you would like to find out more send me a private message to see if we can help.

Below are the two coaching packages available to SMEs
